Coogee

The owners of this free-standing house in Coogee needed their home to serve them better.

The layout had to be changed and an extension to the rear to be built.

The renovation involved creating a new laundry, kitchen, dining and lounge area. The lower ground, which was not well utilised before, was converted to a guest bedroom and storage area.
